I open a report against the user LBB.

The user took $200 off my account (that's really no money and the idiot would have earned a lot more if he had just done his job) and hasn't delivered until today.

He was supposed to clone 3 online shops and send me the files + SQL database, so that I can set up the shop on my own hosting.

He did not do that, kept stalling me and giving me any excuses.

I ask you to ban the user before he withdraws further users. In the future I will only use escrow via a referee.
